Student Council door decorating continues through tomorrow. Advisories are to decorate their doors with the theme of Peace in the Holidays in mind

Gay Straight Alliance is having a movie night on Monday, December 15th at 2:15 in Room 517. They are watching "Some Like it Hot".

Speech Team Meets on Monday, December 15th after school in Room 323. If you cannot meet Monday, you must attend Wednesday's meeting.

Student council is sponsoring a sock drive for "Sharing and Caring Hands." Students can donate new socks during advisory up until the 16th. The 3 advisories that donate the most socks will each win a tasty breakfast on Thursday the 18th.

Central will be competing in the state wide One Act play competition in January. Auditions are next Monday and Wednesday after school in Ms. Hutchinson's room 518. Sign up outside the office or in the black box. Any questions please talk to Ms. Hutchinson, Ms. Jordahl or Mr. Hirman.

The Council of Black Minnesota is hosting a Martin Luther King essay contest for Central Students. The title of the essay must be Education: American Dream or Public Crisis.The essays are due January 9th.More information on Will be given at a later date

The Central Gymnastics team defeated the Johnson Governors 113 to 103 in a close meet. The all around winner was Anna Graziano with a score of 29.9. The girls next meet is on December 17th against Highland Park.

The Central wrestling team takes on the Johnson Governors tonight in the teams' first conference meet of the season. The meet is at Johnson and starts at 7.

Paintball club meets this Friday in Mr. Larsen's room 514

The girls Blades hockey team takes on Wayzata in a non-conference game tonight at Aldrich arena. Puck drop is at 8pm.
