Last night at Roy Wilkins auditorium Central Hosted the 139th graduation for the class of 2009. Here with more on the story is Cameron Smith.

Students who would like a souvenir program of the class of '09 graduation can stop by room 420 to get one.

Advisory will be extended this Friday due to locker clean out. Please remember to turn in all library books and calculator's.

Students who wish to take drivers education or still need to complete their six hours behind the wheel, there are opportunities to do so this summer. If you are interested, contact the staff in the Community Education Office in room 241 or call 651-632-6020.

Physics 1 IB SL students for next fall need to see Mr. Murphy in room 323 or Ms. Myers in room 326 for summer homework. The homework is a math packet that will be due on the first day of school. A test will follow on the second day.

Central's INTUIT art show is currently taking place at Concordia University's art center and will continue through the end of the school year. They are many works of art from Central students and everyone is encouraged to attend.

Roots and Shoots will have their end of the year party today after school at 2:15 in room 207. The party will include food, arts and crafts, and a movie. Everyone is invited.

Community education is offering training this summer to become a Red Cross Lifeguard, Water Safety Instructor or Water Safety Aide. Completion of these trainings could lead to potential employment opportunities in the fall. Students interested should call 651-632-6020 or stop by the Community Education office in room 241.

There will be an Open Gym for girls basketball today after school from 3pm to 5pm. It will be held in the Galloway gym here at Central.

Boys basketball meets today at 2:15 in room 399 any boys interested playing basketball next year should attend.
