Central's Jewish Culture Club, Messibah meets today at 2:15 in Mr. Schwach's room 566.

Mock Trial meets today after school from 2:15 to 4:00 in room 406.

This Thursday, Central's Chinese Club meets for the first time in room 503 after school. Chinese Club offers learning the Chinese language, debate and awareness about current Chinese issues, hands on activities such as cooking and arts, and much more. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Habitat for Humanity meets today in room 221.
*****
Central's Book Club holds its first meeting Wednesday in the library from 2-3. Every month, students will read a different book and discuss it. This month's book will be "One Thousand Splendid Suns". Please come and join, new members always welcome!

Roots and Shoots will meet Wednesday Oct .24 after school in room 207. Students will be cleaning school grounds (depending on weather), and ordering chocolate.

Two colleges will be in the CRC today, Princeton at 10:00, and the University of Minnesota at 12:00. The U of M representatives will discuss the application process.

Seniors need to finish nominating students for senior yearbook polls today in advisory. Advisory teachers are to have a student deliver an envelope with the nominations to room 420.

Muslim Prayer Group starts friday Oct. 26th in the auditorium from 1:40 to 2:00 p.m. Staff will receive a list of students excused to pray. Prayer will continue Mon. thru Thrus. from 1:50 - 2:00 p.m beginning on Mon. Nov. 5th.

CMEP meets Thursday morning at 8:45 in the auditorium. Class dismissal forms are available outside of room 556 tomorrow.

The 3rd Annual Rainforest trip is being planned for next summer. An informational meeting will be held for all interested students in room 207 from 2:15 to 2:30.

Centrals Touring Theatre hosts a Family Tribute Breakfast Thursday, October 25th, 7:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m. Families are invited to come and enjoy delicious food, watch performances, and learn how to get involved with the Central Touring Theatre program.
