Congratulations to our Science Olympiad 'A' team, who finished 3rd out of 30 teams at last Saturday's state tournament. Seniors on the team are Ruben D'sa, Angie Tsuei, Jon Schellenberg, Geoff Schellenberg, Sarah Ludwig, Wendy Lang, and Jennifer Wei. Juniors are Anna Renkin, Martin Camacho, Yowon Yoon, and Christina Lee. Sophmore Kurt Hellersted and Freshmen Micheal Tsuei, Hannah Nesser, and Max Timmons. Along with finishing 3rd as a team, there were several top 3 finishes among the numerous individual events. Keep it up guys!

Central Asian Culture Club celebrates Chinese Lunar New Year tomorrow night at 5 PM in the cafeteria and auditorium. The entrance fee is $5, Or $2 with three non-perishable food items. there will be singing dancing B-boys B-girls and food.

This Saturday, there will be "College Conversation" for Ramp up to Readiness members from 9 to 11 in the Career Resource Center. The session will host Central alumni who will answer questions about grades, getting into college, and other helpful information. See Ms. Karp with any questions.

The producers of the spring play, "Noises Off", are looking for people to design t-shirts. T-shirt designs for the play should be turned into Mr. Nelson.

Yesterday there was an Arts Literacy workshop for twin city educators held in Central's Black box theatre. With devotion to transform education, congratulations to Jan Mandell, Matt Shipman. Clara Hutchinson, Kat Jordahl, Anthony Jacobs, Kim Colbert, and the Arts Literacy Student Leadership Team on a job well done.
