The following college reps will be meeting in the CRC. University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee at 10:30a.m.,Fort Lewis College at 12p.m. and Century Community College at 1 p.m.

Central will be attending the Minnesoa College Fair on October 10th from 8:45 to 11:15. Juniors and seniors are invited to attend, but you need a permission slip to go. Permission slips are avalible in room 367 and space is limited.

Picture Days for ID Cards, Yearbook and personal pictures are today and tomorrow during math class. Students without a math class should come to the auditorium during their study hall or lunch period for a picture. Teachers are encouraged to have their picture taken at anytime. We want you in the yearbook

Upward Bound students need to stop by Room 553 sometime today to talk with Erin about applying for college.

Tomorrow Seniors will have a chance to vote in the primary election for Senior Class Officers. The election will take place in Advisory. Seniors will be able to vote for up to two candidates for each office. The top vote getters will go on to the final.

On October 10th, Indian Education students will be going to the National College Fair in Minneapolis, if students need another permission slip, extras are available in the office. It's a free event, and all forms are due by October 1st.

If you are a junior or senior and are interested in science and technology and have a GPA of 2.0 or higher you should join centrals 3M step program. The first informational meeting will be monday october first in the CRC starting at 2:15. One benefit of joining the program is a paying summer job.

(IS) Today is the final vote for Homecoming Royalty. Students will vote in thier advisories for one boy and one girl in each class. King and Queen for Seniors, Prince and Princess for Juniors, Duke and Duchess for Sophomores, and Lord and Lady for Freshmen.

(IS)Next week is Homecoming Week. Monday is Get Up and Go Day; Tuesday is Twin Day; Wednesday is Random Act of Kindness Day. Also on Wednesday, there is Coronation and a scavenger hunt for free dance tickets; Thursday is Rock the Red and Black Day, with a pepfest during sixth hour. The Football game is also on Thursday. The week ends with the Homecoming Dance on Friday night in the cafeteria

The Cast list for this years Fall Musical Pirates Of Penzance is posted outside the office. Congratulations to those who made it.

(IS)Central! B96's B5 concert is still on! We need to text as many times as possible today and tomorrow, because the winning school is announced Monday at 7:20am on B96's radio station. Text must contain B96 Central High School to 31452. So keep texting today and tomorrow as many times as you're able to!

Tomorrow there will be a Indian Eduaction Fall Feast at the American Indian Magnet School the location of the school is 1075 east 3rd street 55106 . The dinner starts at 5pm and the powwow grand entry begins at 7pm. There will also be a mini-college fair from 5-8pm. Everyone is invited!

"Invent Minnesota," a group that researches problems and develops new ideas is meeting today after school at 2:15 in room 213.

Last night Centrals Girls Soccer team tied Henry Sibley 0-0 in over time. Centrals goalie, junior Sarah Ludwig had an amazing stop in the last 20 seconds of regulation to preserve the tie.

Last night Centrals GIrls Tennis team lost to Henry Sibley with a score of 7-0.

Centrals Tennis team faces the Como Cougars today at Como Park at 3:15.

The Central Girl's Volleyball team plays the Harding Knights tonight here at Central at 7:00.
