The colleges representatives in the CRC today are St. Norberts at 8:30, Beloit College at 9:00, St. Paul College at 10:30 and the University of Minnesota Morris at 1:00.

Roots and Shoots will meet Wednesday Oct .24 after school in room 207. Students will be cleaning school grounds (depending on weather), and ordering chocolate.

The 3rd Annual Rainforest trip is being planned for next summer. An informational meeting will be held for all interested students in room 207 from 2:15 to 2:30.

Centrals Touring Theatre hosts a Family Tribute Breakfast Thursday, October 25th, 7:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m. Families are invited to come and enjoy delicious food, watch performances, and learn how to get involved with the Central Touring Theatre program.

(IS) This year, the annual Student Council Sadie Hawkins Dance will be at Crown Plaza in the Riverfront Hotel, downtown St. Paul from 7:30 to 10:30 on November 8th. 600 tickets available, starting Tuesday Oct. 30 during all three lunches. Tickets are $15. This year's theme is "Western Ranch" and students are encouraged to dress like their date. Guest forms are available.

Seeds of Change, the African American Males Group, meets today in the Black Box right after school.

Today, FYI -"For Your Image",- meets after school in Mr.Yernberg's room 562 from 2:15-3:00.This meeting is mandatory.

(IS) Girls tennis will host an end of the season Banquet at 6 pm at Linwood Recreation Center. Families are welcome at a cost of $5 per family. The dinner will include Freshman bringing desserts, Sophomores will bring main dishes, Juniors will bring salads or side dishes, and Seniors will bring beverages.

All students interested in Central Junior Olympic Volleyball should meet in room 275 at 2:30 today.

Centrals girls swimming and diving team compete in the Twin Cities meet November 3rd at 1 p.m.

Cross Country compets today at 3:40 p.m. in sectionals at Goodrich Golf Course.

Central Alpine ski and snowboarding team meets this Thursday in room 463. Everyone interested in participating on the team this season must attend. If you cannot attend please contact head coach Mr. Lanier before Thursday.

Volleyball meeting today, after school at 2:30 in room 275. The Volleybal team will be in the playoffs November 8th-10th.

Students interested in travelling to England and Ireland this summer with Mr. Wetjen and Ms. King are invited to an informational meeting next week on October 30th or November 1st in room 403. English credit is available for this trip. Stay tuned for a special video about the trip.
