Last night the central men's, women's and concert choir along with the central singers performed thier annual winter concert, Nature's Force.

Tomorrow, the Central Mock Trial team will be attending its first scrimmage at Lakeville South High School. The scrimmage runs from 8:00am-3:00pm, and there will be two practice rounds. In preparation for this scrimmage, the Mock Trial team meets today in Room 406 from 2:15-4:00.

CMEP Holiday Grams start selling today in all 3 lunches up until Wednesday. For a $1.50, you can buy a Gram & a Candy Cane, for $3 you can buy a gram and a holiday treat bag, And for $5 you can nbuy a gram, a treat bag, & a holiday hat. All grams will be delivered Thursday during Advisory.

Tonite The National Honor Society's Holiday Show will be 6pm in the auditoreum.The Admission fee is $3. Performers include "Bob & his Soul Shoes", "Post Mercury", "The Switch","The Grinch","Manzana Casa", "Zombie D.S. Frostie", and many more.

On Monday, Central's Student Council is starting the annnual Winter Fun Week with a Medallion Hunt. The clue will be posted outside of the student council room 321 before school begins.

Today directly after school in room 567 Mesibah and MSA is holding a Holiday Party.Everyone is welcome to attend and come and join in the fun, play games, and eat free food.

This holiday season the Student Council is sponsoring a display of holiday posters in the lobby. Each advisory is to create a poster based on the theme assigned by the Student Council. The themes will be one of the following: Hanukhah, Christmas, Kwanza, New Years'. Posters are to be collected on Dec. 19th and displayed in the lobby.

The Central debate team competes in the Blake invitational this Friday and Saturday at the Hyatt Hotel in downtown Minneapolis.

Last night, the Central Quiz Bowl Team defeated Rosemount, Mounds Park Academy and South at Macalester college. The team of Danie Monahan, Martin Camacho, Christine Lee, and Jon Schellenberg went a perfect 4-0 while the team of Jennifer Wei and Wendy Lang went 2-2. The next tournament is on January 5th.

The Central Wrestling team recorded its first shutout in recent history last night, defeating the Arlington Phoenix 75-0, with wins by Ian Hedstrom, Caleb Aultman, Robera Ganamo, Dat Nguyen, HinokYacob, Tom Kreisman, Lulu Ige, Andrew Huberty, Kyle Christopherson, Carlos Rosario, Dave Krenik, Mickell Brown, and Sam Hansen. The Wrestling Team participates in the St. Charles Tournament tomorrow at 11 am at St. Charles.

Last night, Central's Boys' Swimming and Diving Team defeated the Harding Knights 81-55 in their first conference match. The Minutemen will compete again next Thursday.

The Boy's Basketball Team competes against Holy Angels Academy tonight here at Central at 7:00 p.m.

The Girls Hockey team,the Blades, go against the Saints at Aldrich at 3:00 p.m. tomorrow.

There is a Softball Clinic tomorrow here at Central in the gym from 10 to 2.
