(PIC) Tonight at 7:00 P.M in the auditorium Student Council presents Winter Jam. There on stage tonight are: Violinist Mani Strings, Rapper Nic Broadnax, Maurice Coston Young Capo, Guitarist Corey Vance, dancers Dat Deal and Immortal, spoken word by Frank Spencer and Mary Shoemaker, the band EGD, gospel music by Sky High. Winter Jam will raise money for the Keystone Community Services.

The New Moves Lunch Bunch will be Tuesday, January 29th! First semester New Moves girls: Join us in room 399 during your lunch period for a yummy lunch on us. We look forward to seeing everyone!

During sixth period today, the Central Concert Choir will perform alongside the One Voice Mixed Chorus, Minnesota's GLBTA choir. They will sing excerpts from the program "Uncommon Light: Brahms and the Beauty of Shadow." The full program will be performed at Central Presbytarian Church at 500 Cedar Street at 7:30 pm both today and tomorrow. The concert is directed by Grammy Award-winning conductor Dr. Vance George. For tickets and more information, see Mrs. Graber in the choir room.

Yesterday both the Boy's Swimming and Diving team and the Wresting team competed against the Como Park Cougars.The Boy's Swimming and Diving team defeated the Cougars 89 to 63 at Humboldt yesterday making them 4-0 , 1st in Conference.The next duel meet is Tuesday against Bloomington Kennedy.The Wrestling Team lost to the Como Cougar's 38 to 22 last night.The next meet is tonight at 6:30p.m. against Tartan at Tartan.

Central's 2-0 Boys Basketball Team tips off against Highland tonight at 7. The game will be at Highland.

The first place Girls Basketball team takes on the Highland Park Scotts at home tonight at 7 PM.

Softball Players, the softball clinic scheduled for tomorrow has been cancelled. The next one is Sat. February 2nd.

(PIC)Right now the Central Coed Nordic Ski team is skiing in the Twin Cities Nordic Ski Conference Championships at Baker Park in Orono. The Team competes in a 5K Classic race and a 5K Pursuit. Good Luck Skiers.
