(pics) Last Friday night the seniors held their annual boat dance on a Mississippi River boat. The theme was Greek God and Godesses. The class of 2008 had a great time dancing and looking back over the last 4 years

Today during 6th period juniors have their first senior class meeting in the auditorium. Juniors will be called down to the auditorium from their 6th hour classes and will be discussing Senior events and info for next year.

(pics) On Friday the class of 2008 met in the main lobby 15 minutes before dismissal to walk out of Central for the last time. After 4 years together the seniors left school together as a class. The class will all be together for the last time tomorrow night at graduation

Drivers ed. classes are offered at Central this summer. The June and July classes will be in the afternoon, August classes will be in the morning. Registration forms are available in the Community Education office, room 241.

Junior advisors, Today is the last day to turn in Junior surveys and still be eligible for the $75 drawing and ice-cream award. If there are loose surveys collected from absent sudents please return them into the box in the office with the techers room number and name. Slips may also be turned into Ms.Mackbee's mailbox or to Heather in the office.Please remeber to turn them in by 3 o clok today.

There's a meeting for all Junior and Senior advisories, and junior ushers today after school at 2:10 in the principal's conference room.

Next Wednesday and Thursdays schedule will be as followed: Wednesday 4th, 5th, and 6th hour finals will be held, students are to report to there 4th hour class at 7:30. Thursday 1st, 2nd, and 3rd hour finals will be held, students are to report to there 1st hour at 7:30. Please be sure to eat a healthy breakfast and be on time.

Looking for something fun and free to do this summer? Try Art Moves. Art Moves is an arts-based program offered for teens ages 12 - 18. It is held here at Central on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, June 10 - July 17, 6 - 9 p.m. Class options include Comedy/Improv, Clay Creations, Garage Bands, Jewelry Making, Middle Eastern Dance and Latino Dance. Contact the Community Ed office for more information.

There will be informational / sign-up meetings this week for the 2008 Girls Swimming & Diving Team on Tuesday, June 3rd, at 2:15 pm in room 262 And on Wed. June 4th the Girls Tennis team will meet at 2:15 pm. also in

The tennis banquet is at Greenmill located on Grand Ave. and Hamline Ave. on today at 3pm.

Centrals Track team banquet will be held on Monday at 5:30 in Centrals auditorium.

Centrals softball team is also having the anuual banquet Monday at 6:00, at Dunning Field.
