(VID)This weekend, on Saturday and Sunday, Minnesota celebrated its Susquicentenial on the grounds of the Minssota State Capitol. A high light of the event was a flyover by vintage and historic aircraft. Pictured here we see aircraft from World War I and World War II including the famous P-40, P-38 and the workhorse bomber of WW II ,the B-25. The Sterman Bi-Plane was a hit - many of these are still flown by aircraft hobbiests today. On Sunday, the celebtarion was capped off with a fly-over by 4 f-16 fighters from the Duluth airbase. These aircraft just returned from duty in Iraq.
