Over the winter break the Girls Basketball team had plenty of action playing in a tournament and a non conference game. The girls started the break off with a nail biting 2 point win over high ranked New Prague. However as break went on the girls got in a funk while competing in the Hopkins tournament. The team lost its first game to Eden Prairie 88-73. The next day the girls bounced back to defeat Grand Rapids 78-62, however they lost their final game of the break to Eastview 76-65. The girls will look to recover from these losses when they kick off Conference play against Humboldt tomorrow and look to revenge their lost to Eden Prairie when they play them on Saturday.
-------------
