(IS)Tomorrow during advisory, students will nominate 3 boys and 3 girls from their class for royalty for Snow Days Coronation. Freshman will nominate for their Lord and Lady, Sophomores: Duke and Duchess, Juniors: Prince and Princess, and Seniors for their King and Queen.

Thanks Mercedes. Tomorrow night Central hosts its annual parent and student Showcase, beginning at 6:00pm. Prospective Parents and sudents will tour Central looking at the school and the programs. At least one member from each department will attened.

The French Club is hosting a Mardi Gras party this Friday in the Black Box -from 7 -10. Students are encouraged to join the Mardi Gras spirit and come in costume, wear Mardi Gra beads or just wear a mask. The Mardi Gras party starts at 7 and is just $3 at the door.

Yesterdays quote winners for The Famous African American quote contest were Va Thao from Ms. Kings Advisory, Isreal Thomas from Ms.Kings Advisory, and Alexis Lor from Ms.Peterson's Advisory. Winners can collect there prize in room 101 today during advisory. New Moves Lunch Bunch meets today durring lunch in room 399. First semester New Moves girls are invited to join.

This morning at 7:00 the Central ski team left Central to participate in the section 3 Conference championships at Trollhaugen, in Dresser, Wisconsin. Central Skiers will compete in either the 5Kclassic race or a 5K skate pursuit.

Last night, the Central Boys Basketball team smashed Como Park 92 to 48. Dylan Hale had 5 three-pointers and scored 25 points for the Minutemen, and Larry Brown had 25 points and 10 rebounds. Their next game is Friday at 7 PM against the Humboldt Hawks at Humboldt.

For the fifth year in a row the boys swimming and diving team crushed the St. Paul City Conference teams by having a perfect 5 and 0 record. Last night the Minutemen won the tri meet with 139 points. Highland scored 102 points and Como had 58 points. The Central Aquamen next meet is the conference championship at Humboldt Pool on Saturday at 1:30.
