Yesterday Centrals choirs performed at Orchestra Hall to warm up for tonight's Spring Concert. (VID) All five award winning choirs will be performing a concert titled "Relationships 2". CMN snuck in the auditorium yesterday for a sneak peak, and here it is.

The choirs are under the direction of Martha Graber. The show starts at 7, don't miss it.

On May 19th next week Tuesday, Central Touring Theater presents their final performance The Change That We Seek, during 6th hour. Interested Teachers contact Jan Mandell. This is the last chance to see the 2009 Central Touring Theater.

Book club meets today in the Media Center right after school, there are only 2 meetings left. The genre this month is poetry or rap, bring a poem or something that you enjoy that you want to share with others. A reminder that May 27 is the potlluck end of the year party, see Mrs. Erickson with any questions.

Parent and teacher conferences are held tomorrow from 4-7pm.

A nutritionist from the University of Minnesota speaks today in the library at 2:30. The event is sponsored by the track team and all track team members are required to attend but all students and staff are welcome.

On Friday Synergy members need to be in the Black Box at 2:30 for a mandatory dress rehearsal. Students not at the dress rehearsal can't attend the retreat on Saturday. Buses will be leaving at 9 a.m. Saturday for the retreat.

Today, the Central minutemen baseball team takes on the Johnson Governors in the final conference game of the season.The game is at 3:45 at Dunning stadium and the winner of today's game will be crowned conference champion. Also, today's victor is assured a spot in the annual Twin Cities game at the Metrodome.

The Central's Girls Badminton team took on and demolished the Highland Park Scots yesterday 4-3. They defeated Southwest 7-0, leading the Central girls into the Final Four. They will be taking on Johnson for the Team State Championships at Burnsville today at 3:30.
