Habitat for Humanity meets Monday after school in room 222. It is especially important to go if interested on building on Saturday the 18th.

A reminder to all Juniors in Admission Possible, there is an ACT baseline test on Saturday, October 11th. Meet at Central by 7:15 am. If you have any questions, contact Blenda and Emily in room 415.

Today the senior class votes for senior class council members .
Seniors may vote up to 6 council members.
Ballots must be sent to room 420 as soon as voting is concluded .

The official Senior Class picture will be taken next Tuesday, during second hour. Wear your red and black class of '09!

There is a mandatory rehearsal for every cast member of Grease after school today at 2:15 in the auditorium. Cast members unable to attend should inform Ms.Hutchinson or Ms.Jordahl.

All Mock Trial members must turn in their $35 participation fee to Ms. Petersen in Room 406 by Monday, October 13. If you have not turned in your fee, your participation form or your expectations form by this Monday, you will not be allowed to participate in Mock Trial this year.

Paintball club meets today in Mr. Larson's room in room 314.

Any freshmen or sophomore girls who are interested in basketball should sign-up with Coach Taylor in the study hall balcony before Friday for the Fall Basketball League at Bloomington Kennedy.

There will be a Freshman and J.V. Volleyball tournament at Arlington this weekend.

Tonight at 6 the Central Volleyball team will look to bounce back from a tough loss against the Highland Scots on Tuesday with a game against the Como Park Cougars at Como. The Girls are 9-1 in conference and have only two games remaining in the season.

The Central girl soccer team suffered a tough 7-0 loss yesterday to the Hill-Murray Pioneers, at Hill-Murray. The girls played hard and Hill-Murray was only up 2-0 at halftime, but the Pioneers pulled away in the 2nd half. This loss ends the girls season, but they come away with yet another conference title.

At 3:30 the Central Minutemen football team will be riding lots of momentum from last weeks amazing overtime victory into the final game of the conference season against the Humboldt Hawks at Humboldt. The Hawks have not won a game since 2005. If the Minutemen get a victory they will win the conference title for the first time in 20 years.

Last night the Central Girls Swimming and Diving team defeated the Johnson Governors 93-36. The Girls are still undefeated in conference and their next meet is on the 22nd against Como Park.

(VID) The conference undefeated Minutemen soccer team won in a quarterfinal match yesterday against the White Bear Lake Polars, here at Central. The Minutemen won 1-0 with senior Sam Mann scoring the lone goal. The boy take on a high ranked Woodbury team on Saturday at Woodbury.
