The Class of 2008's Graudation is tonight at 8pm at the Royal Wilkins aditorium. Remember that parking will be very limited tonight due to a the Obama rally. A shuttle will be available for any staff member, graduate or ticket holder at the Sears parking lot on Rice street. Shuttles start leaving at 6:15.

The final schedules will be as followed: tomorrow 4th, 5th, and 6th hour finals will be held, students are to report to there 4th hour class at 7:30. Thursday 1st, 2nd, and 3rd hour finals will be held, students are to report to there 1st hour at 7:30. Please be sure to eat a healthy breakfast and be on time.

Centrals science teacher Mr.Carlen and his lovely wife gave birth to Alexander Daniel on Saturday. He weighed in at 9 pounds and 6 ounces. Congratulations.

Looking for something fun and free to do this summer? Try Art Moves. Art Moves is an arts-based program offered for teens ages 12 - 18. It is held here at Central on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, June 10 - July 17, 6 - 9 p.m. Class options include Comedy/Improv, Clay Creations, Garage Bands, Jewelry Making, Middle Eastern Dance and Latino Dance. Contact the Community Ed office for more information.

Drivers ed. classes are offered at Central this summer. The June and July classes will be in the afternoon, August classes will be in the morning. Registration forms are available in the Community Education office, room 241.

Students please note locker clean out is taking place today after the news.Students are to remove all belongings from locker including mirrors, and stickers. Books must also be turned in. There will be a fine for students who fail to follow these instructions.

"Intuit," the fourth annual Central High School art exhibit opened on March 29th. The exhibit focuses on who Central High School's visual artists are and what they have to say. The exhibit runs through June 13th at Concordia University on the corner of Marshall and Hameline. Gallery hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday thru Friday.

"Voice for Sudan", a Central alumni founded organization, is holding a charity concert "Songs for Sudan" Sunday, June 8 at University Lutheran Church of Hope, 603 13th Ave SE in Minneapolis.

Directorial staff for the musical meets today directly after school in Ms.Hutchinson's rom 509.Anyone who can not attend please see Ms.Hutch a.s.a.p.

The junior surveys were due yesterday if you wanted to qualify for the $75 dollar prize. Now, we are going to draw the winner of the $75 dollars. And the winner is.......(draw winner) Congratulations!. You can pick up your prize from Ms. Mackbee. Surveys are still being accepted.

M.A.D. Making a difference will be selling t shirts for the last day. T shirts are still 10 dollars and will be sold in both lunches A and B only.

Mock Trial members meet today after school for a five minute meeting in room 406 for all team members to sign reimbursement cards for coaches Stacey and Professor Knapp.

Free books outside of room 420. Feel free to take any books. Speaking of books, Here is Mrs. Buttler with the last Central reads of the school year.

There will be sign-up meetings this week for the 2008 Girls Swimming & Diving Team today at 2:15 pm in room 262 And on Wed. June 4th the Girls Tennis team will meet at 2:15 pm. also in room 262.

This year the Central Morning News has broadcasted over 12 hours of news to fellow students and staff.
