Today Quarter 3 finals will be held in periods 4 and 6. Finals do not affect the regular schedule and class periods are still an hour long.

Attention all Seniors who need to take the Minnesota Basic Standards Tests for Reading, Math, or Writing. The tests will be offered after break. See Annette Nelson if you would like work to practice with over Spring Break. The Writing Retest will be offered on Tuesday, April 7th and the Math and Reading Retest will be offered on Wednesday, April 8th.

The next course for Drivers ed starts Tuesday, April 7th. Applications are available in the Community Ed office, room 241.

Campaigns for the 2009-2010 M-team candidates start the week of April 6-9. Elections will occur during the week of the 13 through the 16th of April. Voting will be held during all three lunches for five new M-team members for the 2009-2010 school year.

Synergy meets today after school from 2:15 - 4:00 in the black box. Students should be on time and bring their RETREAT registration forms - they are overdue.

The Central Badminton team won a close 5 to 2 meet yesterday at Highland Park. The girls are 1 and 1 in the conference. The play Eden Prairie and Arlington the week following Spring Break. The team should be reminded that Open Gym is today after school.

Yearbooks remain on sale in room 420 for 75 dollars.

Central staff and students we are still collecting used cellphones for the cell phone drive. The phones go towards a good cause, and for each phone you donate your name will enter a raffle to win a gift card. The boxes are located in the office and in Ms. Houdek's room 207.

The Economics Challenge team took first place at a metro wide competition yesterday. The team will advance to the state finals on April 15. Zach Kagnon won the individual 3rd place scoring trophy.

The Wresling Team banquet is this Sunday. Meet at Old Mexico on Lexington, north of Como Park. The banquet starts at noon. See Senior Sam Hansen with any questions.
